You may only maintain one account with witoto. Multiple accounts created by the same person or household are prohibited and will be closed without notice, with funds forfeited.

You agree to notify witoto immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. witoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

We reserve the right to request verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name). Withdrawals may be delayed or refused until satisfactory documentation is provided.

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 5-15 minutes for bank transfers. E-wallet deposits are processed immediately.
